Create colorful state quilts with these panels create a focal point of your quilt. The panels have the city and town locations and art for a well known attraction representing the cities or areas. State birds, flowers and the state nickname are also shown. Each panel has a bright color background using the state color with the state boldly outlined and a white fill for the state. The state panels are original art by Phyllis Dobbs.
Currently 9 state panels have been created – Alabama, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and West Virginia. If you would like other states, please contact me. I am happy to custom make changes in these states such as additions when possible, changes in the background color or create other states.
The panels are 36″ wide by 42″ tall and are shown on the Spoonflower site as laying horizontal so that they are a yard purchase. In ordering multiples of the same state, enter each panel individually to the cart instead of a multiple number so each panel will be printed individually with extra space around it for seams.
Note- due to the art images, the name locations of the cities and towns may not be in the exact location but everything is in the correct approximate area.
